The Task Force also includes members of the Client Technical Assistance (CTA) team. From the initial expression of needs and throughout the life of the contract, these employees support and train our clients in using the tools, with a focus on ease of use and efficiency. The role of CTA is essential in supporting and onboarding companies.
From the prospecting stage, this team provides expert advice on the feasibility and optimization of client requirements, through to presenting the most appropriate solution. During implementation, all questions are addressed, all files are tested and the buyer database is created.
